Manila Street Astronomer Vicky Zina Dizon
is part of the Bahá’í World Centre in Israel. Her involvement focuses
on the development and preservation of the spiritual and administrative
center of the Bahá’í faith.
Vicky is interested in learning astrophotography. She hopes to one day capture the beauty of the night sky that the naked eye cannot see. She is interested in quantum physics and cosmology, astronomical observations of stars clusters, deep-sky objects, planets, and phases of the moon.
For Vicky, a perfect holiday would be going to a beach, lying on the sand, and looking up at the starry sky. She likes to read books about history, fiction, and religion. She finds museums interesting, and at one point, served as a volunteer for The Mind Museum in Taguig.
Vicky is one of the first volunteers who signed up for MSA during the time when it was just starting out.
